I am a marriage and family therapist. I can help you connect and grow.

Life is not easy, and times of stress, anxiety, and depression, along with other relational difficulties, can be overwhelming at times. When this help becomes available, struggles are more easily worked through and bring the person greater clarity and balance. A safe, non-judgmental space to explore one's emotions and reflect on experiences is given, and the process of healing may begin without fear of judgment.

 

Healing, in my experience both as a therapist and one who has stood by while others struggled through life, is more about meaningful and lasting change rather than quick solutions. Given the opportunity to express themselves freely with their thoughts and feelings, people build resilience, strengthen communication, and develop wherewithal to meet challenges with confidence.
